Bissell’s career includes leadership roles at some of the most distinguished restaurants in the country, including Eleven Madison Park, The NoMad, and The Modern, where he guided the kitchen to earn two Michelin stars. His work spans luxury hotels, world-class dining rooms, and global hospitality groups, most recently serving as Executive Chef & Founding Partner of Principe in New York City and VP of Culinary for the Sydell Group.
